Active Ingredients
Ginger
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) contains a variety of bioactive compounds. The most important active ingredients include
- Gingerol: This is the main component of fresh ginger
- Shogaol: This compound is produced when ginger is dried and heated.
- Zingiberene: An essential oil found in ginger that is responsible for its characteristic flavor and aroma.
- Beta-bisabolol
- Paranemes and other flavonoids
Dosage & Directions
Four capsules per day with a meal.
