Return
Within 14 days after receipt of the ordered goods, you can return your order free of charge without giving any reason. The goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the goods for other products for logistical reasons. In this case, please return the goods and place a new order.
- This is how the return works: If possible, place the items you wish to return back in their original packaging.

- You will receive a return receipt from us.
- Place this completed part in the package with the items.
- Attach the top part of the return slip to the outside of the parcel to be returned.
- You can then simply drop off your return at a Hermes parcel shop near you.
Refund
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the goods. After your return has been checked, the amount will be automatically refunded to you. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be transferred either to your bank account or to your PayPal account. The refund will be made within approx. 14 days after receipt of the return. For this reason, we ask you to be patient.
