DELIVERIES WITHIN GERMANY

Goods that you order on weekdays before 12 noon will usually arrive the next day.

Shipping is free of charge from an order value of € 60. If you do not reach this value of goods, we charge a flat rate of € 4.50 within Germany.

DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE

Deliveries outside Germany are possible to addresses in the following countries:

1. Europe (without 2nd), flat rate shipping costs of €12.90 apply.
2. Switzerland, United Kingdom: there is a flat rate shipping charge of €15.90 and additional customs duty.
   

We are also happy to arrange shipping to other countries. Please contact us in advance, stating the item and the destination country, regarding the delivery possibility and the delivery modalities.

Our shipping service provider is Hermes:

We use Hermes as a shipping service provider that is known for its fast delivery. As a rule, shipping via Hermes takes 1-3 working days. You can also choose a parcel shop near you with Hermes if you cannot guarantee acceptance of the delivery.
