What is astaxanthin?
Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid and therefore a very powerful antioxidant. Its special effect is many times stronger than that of vitamin C. Astaxanthin is a purely plant-based active ingredient.
How is our astaxanthin produced?
DR. HEILBRONNER astaxanthin is extracted in the EU in controlled and certified photo-organic facilities from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis and with the purest spring water. This keeps our astaxanthin pure and free from environmental toxins.
